At blackoutcurtains.ae, most ready-made blackout curtains can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached. However, custom-made or personalized blackout curtains cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect on our part.

Initiating a return is easy:

2. Receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back with the authorization number clearly marked to avoid delays.

3: Refunds & Exchanges

2. Exchanges: If you prefer a different product, we’ll replace it with your choice—just pay the price difference (if applicable).
